Three cooking modes available:

Direct cooking for searing your meats

Indirect cooking for gentle, even heat

Hot smoking for authentic flavors

Large main cooking chamber with a generous surface of 81.25 x 49 cm, ideal for preparing large quantities of food at once.

Second multifunctional chamber:

Allows direct cooking for perfect searing

Functions as a combustion chamber for indirect cooking

Accommodates chips and smoking wood to flavor your preparations

Reversible Broil King cast iron grates:

Pointed side: sears and marks food

Curved side: vaporizes and collects cooking juices to enhance flavors

High-performance ventilation system with side air intakes and exhaust chimney. Finely adjust the airflow to control heat and smoke circulation inside the chamber.

Individual ash drawers under each cooking chamber. Facilitate cleaning and residue removal for simplified maintenance.

Important: use only charcoal for ignition. Wood alone is strictly not recommended.
