Performance POWER EDITION 3: ingenious design for a simplified experience

This gas barbecue incorporates functional side shelves that create two vast workspaces. When the ultra-powerful "SEAR" burner is not in use, a stainless steel cover transforms this zone into an additional prep surface. The high steel lid, equipped with an integrated thermometer, allows cooking of large meat cuts under constant thermal control.

The porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grate offers a cooking surface of 47.8 cm x 44.5 cm. An additional cooking plate is included with delivery.

The front panel features two spacious coated steel doors with ergonomic vertical handles for comfortable operation. Mobility is ensured by four casters, two of which feature a locking system guaranteeing stability and safety during use. The storage compartment accommodates a 5 kg gas bottle.
