The Performance Pro S3 features an ultra-practical side burner, which allows you to prepare sauces, side dishes and reheat your dishes at the same time. Its side shelf offers great practicality, as it provides a work surface for placing your dishes, aromatics and accessories.

Each burner lights individually and independently of the others, allowing you to perform different cooking methods simultaneously, or to light only part of the barbecue at a time.

The Performance PRO has several additional features that make it stand out. It comes with a versatile cast iron cooking plate, as well as an innovative "Chef's Delite" system consisting of a stainless steel cooking dish and a custom-fit space on the warming rack.
