Care Instructions

Clean with warm soapy water using a soft sponge. Avoid detergents and abrasive products that would damage the coating.

Before each use, apply a thin layer of cooking oil or non-stick spray. The oil will start smoking around 250°C: this is your signal to start cooking.

Always remove the plate from the heat immediately after use. This precaution preserves the non-stick coating and prevents oil and grease residues from carbonizing, making cleaning easier.
