Technical features of the Monolith AVANTGARDE LeCHEF

Equipped with a cooking surface of 52 cm in diameter, this model comfortably accommodates festive meals for more than a dozen guests. The combustion chamber ensures constant temperatures from 90°C to 400°C, opening up immense possibilities: direct grilling, slow smoking, indirect cooking or rotisserie.

The standard equipment includes 304 stainless steel structures, fiberglass sealing gaskets and a lid handle with integrated LED lighting — all details revealing the brand's technical expertise.

The central smoking hatch allows you to introduce chips and pellets without opening the lid, thus preserving heat and aromatization. The device is also prepared to accommodate an optional temperature regulator compatible with DigiQ DX3 BBQ GURU.

The supplied dedicated cart combines robustness and maneuverability. Its high-resistance powder-coated steel structure supports foldable side shelves in carbonized bamboo equipped with 20 suspension hooks for utensils. The 4 swivel wheels including 2 with brakes ensure stability and easy movement, while the reinforced lower shelf offers additional storage space.

The AVANTGARDE LeCHEF model natively integrates the Smart Grid System kit. This innovation allows you to segment the cooking surface into two independent zones thanks to semi-circular accessories. Heat deflectors, drip pans and height-adjustable grills offer total control: direct charcoal grilling on one side, indirect cooking on the other. The system sets up in seconds on the support above the firebox and removes easily thanks to its ergonomic handles.
