The continuous peripheral edge makes it easy to flip food with a spatula while containing juices. The top vent of the kamado integrates into the center of the plate for optimal temperature control.

Simplified Installation
The plate sits directly on the body of your kamado. A sealing gasket to be positioned on the ceramic contour of the firebox ensures a perfect installation. A rear cutout allows for placement without disassembling the dome.

Maintenance Tip
