Thanks to its modular structure, it allows you to grill simultaneously with direct and indirect heat by dividing the cooking surface into different zones. For the TWO.55 and TWO.66, the charcoal basket included with the kamado is also divisible.

SMOKING CHIP FEEDER

MONOLITH's unique smoking rail system: the slide that automatically drops wood chips and/or pellets onto the glowing charcoal, without having to open the lid.
