The new powder-coated galvanized steel cart is weather-resistant, robust and perfectly stable. The direct attachment of the side tables to the structure refines the look while increasing overall stability. The attachment of the tightening straps has been optimized, which further improves adjustment precision and longevity. The high-quality casters ensure maximum comfort and mobility, even on uneven ground.

STAINLESS STEEL & FIBERGLASS SEAL & FITTINGS

The stainless steel and fiberglass seal system is unique on the market. It requires little maintenance compared to traditional felt seals and is particularly easy to clean. The essential seal of the kamado is thus guaranteed for the long term. The stainless steel fittings provide safe and durable support for the lid mechanism and massive hinge.

SMART GRID SYSTEM

Maximum versatility and culinary freedom: the Smart Grid System (SGS) is an innovative grid system offering maximum flexibility and control during cooking. Thanks to its modular structure, it allows simultaneous grilling with direct and indirect heat by dividing the cooking surface into different zones. For the TWO.55 and TWO.66, the included charcoal basket is also divisible.

SMOKING HATCH
