This Phantom PRO 425 model runs on propane gas and features 4 main burners delivering a combined power output of 13.6 kW. Ignition is instant thanks to the JETFIRE system that projects a direct flame to each burner. It also includes a side infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ burner and wavy stainless steel cooking grids for generous food preparation space.

Optimized Workspaces

Two side shelves frame the cookbox, one of which integrates the Sizzle Zone™ for preparing marinades and grilled items on the spot. Each shelf has 3 utensil hooks to keep your tools within reach. The Phantom also stands out with its integrated bottle opener, designed for your social gatherings.

Technical Specifications

With its intense matte black finish and bold design, the Phantom 425 represents the most imposing model in the series. Its cooking surface is divided into 2 Wave grids of 60 x 45 cm, totaling 2700 cm². Napoleon has equipped this new Phantom with cast stainless steel grids, replacing the previous porcelain-coated cast iron. This Wave signature ensures even heat distribution for controlled results.

The two-level configuration allows you to create two distinct heat zones: high-temperature searing on one side, gentle simmering on the other. The heat deflectors redirect fats and juices upward, naturally enriching your preparations.

Performance and Maneuverability

The Sizzle Zone™ reaches 800°C in just 30 seconds (3 kW power), ideal for marking and searing your food. At moderate temperature, it serves as a warming station for sauces. The ACCU-PROBE™ carbon-effect thermometer precisely monitors the interior of the lid.

Despite its sturdiness, this grill remains mobile thanks to its wide, robust wheels. Two fixed feet ensure stability once positioned.
