Technical Design

Instructions for Use

Place crumpled newspaper, an empty egg carton, a solid fire lighter, or paper towels at the bottom of the starter

Fill the main chamber with the amount of charcoal suited to your cooking: a few large pieces for slow, smoked cooking, or a full load for high-temperature searing

Light the paper through the lower vents

Let the fuel burn: the lower embers gradually rise to ignite the entire contents
