Hybrid gas and pellet high-performance barbecue The Combo Navigator combines versatility and power for varied cooking. Its total cooking surface extends over 7000 cm², evenly distributed between the gas zone (3500 cm²) and the pellet chamber (3500 cm²).

Advanced thermal control The digital control with LED display allows you to adjust the temperature of the pellet zone by convection. The heating range spans from 85°C to 260°C, with a direct flame mode option that can climb up to 540°C. An external handle activates a sliding plate to switch to direct grilling over high flame.

This hybrid pellet and gas model offers optimal cooking versatility thanks to its two distinct control modes. The precise digital display supports pellet management, while the traditional adjustment knob ensures gas control.

Thermal control technology

Two probes accompany you in your preparations: a thermal probe integrated into the barbecue to monitor the internal atmosphere, complemented by a flexible meat probe for customized cooking. The temperature range extends from 85°C to 260°C in pellet mode, and also reaches 260°C in gas configuration.

Design and materials

The sliding plate allows instant switching between direct flame grilling and indirect cooking. The main cast iron porcelain-enameled grate ensures even heat distribution, while the smoker rack in porcelain-enameled steel preserves your foods with delicate woody aromas.

Technical description

The reinforced steel structure benefits from a high-temperature paint finish resistant to weather conditions. The cart moves easily thanks to two locking casters and two fixed wheels. The pellet hopper holds up to 7 kg of pellets for extended sessions without refilling.
