Multi-function secondary chamber
The secondary chamber allows for direct cooking for optimal searing of your meats. It also serves as a combustion chamber for indirect cooking. For smoking, simply add wood chips or smoking woods according to your preferences.

Reversible cast iron grids
Broil King cast iron grids feature two distinct sides: a pointed side for marking and searing your food, and a curved side for vaporizing cooking juices and enriching flavors.

Precise temperature control
The side ventilation system combined with the exhaust chimney allows you to finely adjust the airflow, thus controlling the circulation of smoke and heat inside the appliance.

Simplified maintenance
Each chamber integrates its own ash drawer, positioned under the grids or trays. This design facilitates cleaning and removal of residues.
